ERMS Registration Information

In-person registration - 
Friday, August 4th - 8:00 a.m.- 2:30 pm.

Returning Students (Students that have attended a school in Hamilton County previously)

All students that have attended a school in Hamilton County in the previous school year must complete online registration through their PowerSchool Parent account even if they are new to East Ridge Middle School (ERMS).  You may complete this step at home or at the school where we will have computers set up for you to update your information.

Whether you register at home or at the school, everyone will need to bring proof of residency to ERMS on August 4th. For more information, please CLICK HERE to visit the HCDE registration site.

Students New to Hamilton County

You can complete part of this at home, but we would love for you to come to the school if you need help or do not have a computer!

All Students

To register for classes you must bring proof of residency and all documents must be in the guardian’s legal name.

Acceptable proofs of residency include:

  • Mortgage, Lease or Deed
  • Electric, water, gas, or cable dated within the last 30 days
  • Agency or Court Documentation with address dated within the last 30 days (IRS, SS Disability)
  • Insurance (medical, life, auto, home) statement dated within the last 30 days
  • Current Bank Statement or Employment Check Stub with address dated within the last 30 days
