Mrs. Laura Hamilton




I am excited and proud to be serving as assistant principal at East Ridge Middle School.  I have been a part of the ERMS family for over 20 years first as a teacher, then instructional coach, and now as AP.  I earned my bachelor's degree in elementary education with an endorsement for special education from Lee University and my master's degree in educational leadership from Trevecca University. I grew up in Chattanooga and have lived in the area my whole life. I graduated from Hamilton County Schools and my 3 children graduated from Hamilton County Schools.  I look forward to working with students, parents, and the community to make our school the best!  Go Pioneers!

Dr. Dujuana Wilson

Dr. Dujuana Wilson is excited about her new appointment as Assistant Principal at East Ridge Middle School.  Before arriving at East Ridge Middle School, Dr. Wilson served as an educator at The Howard School in Hamilton County Schools.  Dr. Wilson has over 15 years of experience in education. Prior to entering education, Dr. Wilson was a family law attorney for several years in Louisville, KY.  Dr. Wilson earned her bachelor’s degree in political science and English from Texas State University, her master’s in teaching and master’s in school administration from Bellarmine University, and her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University. Dr. Wilson is a native of Killeen, Texas, and enjoys spending time with family and friends.
